Windows Updates

11th March 2016 - We are aware of Windows Updates this week that have caused the programme Microsoft Runtime to not run properly. We are assured that they have now corrected the problem so please ensure that your computer is up to date with the latest Windows Updates. Go to Control Panel and type 'Windows Update' in the Search Box then click on 'Check for Updates'.

These are error messages that we often get asked about when people are trying to install on a network.

Time Recording cannot open this file

The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file {application path}.  It is already opened exclusively by another use, or you need permission to view its data.
