21st Setember 2017 - We are aware that when setting up new computers with Windows 10 64-bit Operating System that some computer professionals do not update windows immediately as advised; preferring to diary an automatic update during a period of system inactivity. This is a mistake as the computer professional may find that there are problems with our software such as an inability to recognise date fields that are fixed by Windows Updates. Our date fields are formatted 'dd/mmm/yyyy'. Please ensure that you keep your computer up to date with Windows Updates and do so before installing our software. Go to Control Panel and type 'Windows Update' in the Search Box then click on 'Check for Updates'.
11th March 2016 - We are aware
of Windows Updates this week that have caused the programme Microsoft
Runtime to not run properly.
We are assured that they have now corrected the problem so please
ensure that your computer is up to date with the latest Windows
Go to Control Panel and type 'Windows Update' in the Search Box then
click on 'Check for Updates'.
